This team is responsible for building out the two-sided content marketplace, connecting users and developers. Products include the Oculus Store, Oculus Feed, as well as our ranking and recommendation system. The role involves managing multiple engineering managers, and building out a team which is able to scale as Oculus devices grow.
As an Engineering Manager at Oculus you will lead, manage, and inspire engineering teams developing a next-generation platform for virtual reality. You'll help the team fulfill technical, operational, and business requirements by putting yourself in the trenches. You'll guide architecture and delivery of software products. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering consumer software products focused on incredible customer experiences.
