Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee and manage a range of planning, organizing, and productivity projects from their conceptual stages through to production cycles. You will be tasked with investigating current operational practices and scopes, developing, and implementing changes aimed at improving operational productivity. This role also involves modifying existing product designs, improving production techniques, and developing test procedures. Additionally, you will manage engineering tasks and multiple projects across different lines, assisting with documentation and validation processes.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Hartland, Wisconsin and some days remote.

Work Environment

The work environment features moderate noise levels, such as those from syringe lines, which are manageable. All areas are climate controlled and maintained very clean.
