Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Logistics Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in El Segundo, CA.
The selected candidate manages homeroom/functional personnel including training, performance, and workflow. Subject Matter Expert in logistics systems, performance based logistics, development of complex sparing solutions.
Manages the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, logistics analysis systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
5 years experience in engineering, logistics, contracts, subcontracts, procurement or project management
2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Must have and be able to maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering.
