  • Maintain job related documents in an organized manner and in accordance with the procedures established and as needed for each specific project under the direction of the Project Administrator.

  • Assist administrative personnel in the preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and engineering submittals and operating manuals, per contract requirements.

  • Prepare information for submittal, engineering review, as-built documentation and final operation and maintenance manuals in support of specific projects using electronic files.

  • Participate in job walks, coordination meetings, and site visits to support the overall sales process and equipment startup.

  • Work with service shop in the testing and startup of equipment as required by the specifications.

  • Maintain sales and project management programs and update databases.

  • Maintain daily activity summary for supervisors and work with the individual project managers in completing assignments, as directed.


  • Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Store all project related documents and product downloads in job specific folders on Sharepoint.

  • Enable Cashman to achieve its objective of Safely Home. Everyone. Every Day. by promoting a positive safety culture and adhering to all company safety policies, procedures and practices.

  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions.

  • Deliver Cashman's "Best Customer Experience" for all internal and external customers on a consistent basis.

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.


  • Completes projects in a safe, timely and effective manner.

  • Must have ability to communicate technical information as related to environmental permitting, electrical performance, and mechanical system installation and operation.

  • Achieves company goals of customer satisfaction, market dominance and profitability through quality project completions.

  • Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.

  • Achieves a customer focus by delivering high quality, cost effective service.


  • Enrollment in an accredited 4-year Engineering Program with minimum of two years of course study.

  • Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • PC skills required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

  • Experience with AutoCAD and MS Projects is a plus.

Job Description: Performs evaluations, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on devices used in the care and treatment of patients at UHS facilities.
