The world's leading bath and kitchen manufacturer is offering a Co-Op in the field of Mechanical Engineering supporting the design and engineering of new product development. The Co-Op role enables college students with the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills in a professional atmosphere in their field of study. This individual will be responsible for providing drafting and CAD design support services for the development of Bath and Kitchen products under the direction of senior members of the team utilizing Creo 3D CAD. This is a Spring 2018 Co-Op that will run from January

  • May.


  • Design 3D models in order to achieve the design intent and manufacturability, working in collaboration with Industrial Design and Manufacturing

  • Create and maintain detailed dimensional drawings, bill of materials (BOM) drawings and any required technical communication documents

  • ECR/ECN Control

  • Maintain up-to-date drawings with latest revision changes using WindChill PDM system. Carry out cross functional communication to facilitate implementation of changes
  • Develop information for product installation literature

  • Analysis tasks to support product development

  • Provide and execute design schedules in collaboration with Engineering and Project Management
  • Work effectively in a team environment


  • Pursuing a degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience using 3D CAD software, PTC Creo (Pro-E) is a preferred

  • Experience using AutoCAD software

  • Experience using WindChill PDM system is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
