Engineering Construction Inspector

ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR City of Middletown The City of Middletown is accepting applications for the position of Engineering Construction Inspector. This is a technical position responsible for field inspection of construction work and materials used during all phases of all public works projects in the public right-of-way or are part of the public infrastructure.

This requires sound judgment working independently with the general public, contractors, and utility companies. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. supplemented by courses or experience in construction, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the public works construction-related environment, possession of a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range: $57,749 to $83,391 annually plus benefits. All applicants will be required to take a written examination on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 .
