Engineering Branch Manager

What You'll Do

The person hired into this role can sit in any of ECS' established office locations in the Philadelphia area including Moorestown, NJ, Norristown, PA or Allentown, PA (location opening soon).

• Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office and satellite locations, including all service lines

• Department Managers within the office will report directly to the Office Manager

• Personnel recruitment

• Management and training of employees

• Financial management, marketing and business development

• Managerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an office

• You will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a 'roll-up your sleeves' mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work.

• You will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace.

What We're Looking For

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering - other similar engineering degrees considered if program is ABET accredited

• 10+ years of technical and managerial experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
