The Enterprise Services Division is looking for an Engineering Associate responsible for the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and hardware engineering function.


Your Work Falls into the Primary

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all equipment.

  • Assist with managing projects to ensure that they are implemented on time, within budget constraints, and in accordance with relevant contracts, as well as firm policy.

  • Ability to work independently with direction but limited supervision.

  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate work efficiently.

  • Assist with the routine testing and certification of all building services in accordance with relevant regulations.

  • Interact with other departments to ensure that their needs are met.

  • Demonstrate exemplary tenant relation skills.

  • Regular use of various machinery and tools, including but not limited to power tools, snow blowers, fork lifts and work vehicles with plows and spreaders attached.

  • Demonstrate the ability to continually improve knowledge of relevant trades through continued education.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work flexible work shifts and participate in on call rotation and emergency response after hours.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

  • Frequently required to sit, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, balance, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights and in environments with extreme temperature ranges both while working outside and inside.

  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and general computer knowledge.
