Description:

  • Coordinate, confirm, and attend service visit exit meetings to provide support to FSE and customers.

  • Follow up post service visit ensuring customer receives service report and all quotations recommended during the visit.

  • Work with the supporting customer service engineers to maintain accurate schedule and work flow.

  • Coordinate follow up for any service contract.

  • Coordinate follow up on rebuild quotations and the customer call log.

  • Gather customer feedback and work internally to address their concerns.

  • Manage daily service requests.

  • Coordinate schedules with customer service teams.

  • Analyze customer feedback to improve customer service.

  • Provide excellent customer service including answering customer queries and responding to client feedback.

  • Respond to customer emails, letters, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist the Business Development Manager as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Troubleshooting - this role will spend a lot of time troubleshooting client issues whether in person or over the phone. As a result, we need a mechanically-inclined professional who has an understanding how machines work and vocalize to the client in an effective manner.

  2. Drawing Review - we need a candidate who can thoroughly interpret drawings. This is a critical part of the role as the machines he/she will be troubleshooting will have blueprints back at the office which he/she will review to diagnose potential problems.

  3. Travel Capability - need to be comfortable being away from your home for two to three days a week. This cannot be avoided and have to ensure candidates can commit to this.


Requirement: High School Diploma/GED or combination of education & experience

Experience: 2 years experience

  • Any special skills/training/certifications:

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail is required

  • Ability to work in fast paced changing environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Word/Excel spreadsheet competence

  • SAP experience and/or equivalent systems

  • Excellent customer service skills
