Engineering Administrative Assistant

Qualifications: 

• Prior project coordinator experience (1 year Experience minimum)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sage: 1-year Experience 
• Willingness to learn Solidworks 
• Ability to create a professional presentation.
• Ability to create reports on costing data.
• Amazing analytical and math skills.

In the Engineering Department, the Administrative Assistant will complete data entry into the Sage Bill of Materials, and create reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Manager and Finance to update the Bill of Material in Sage.
• Provide proactive support to all external and internal customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving.
