This position is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.

Works as part of an account team to identify, qualify and deliver Hardware products/ solutions. Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.

Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies. Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications. Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.

Drives company's strategy into assigned accounts. Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit. Ensures that the company's sales programs are known and executed in assigned territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected opportunities.

Achieves or exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals. May travel frequently.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

Designs, develops, implements and maintains factory systems using MES, C#, MS SQL Server, IoT and other custom products. Participates in cross-functional linked teams and vendors to design, architect and implement factory automation solutions. Knowledge: Implementing software solutions for manufacturing process, preferably Semiconductor or Hard drive. Having wide-ranging experience uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, applications and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Supervision: Provides technical guidance, discussion with internal users, follow up and make improvements on existing solutions. Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years' experience; or equivalent experience ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Managing and implementing software solutions as needed for company goals * Co-ordinate implementation with team members and internal customers * Define specifications required for factory systems * Provide periodic updates * Hands on technical expertise in developing software solutions for Fab automation using C# .NET, MS SQL Server * Work with internal IT team for setup and maintenance of systems to enable Fab automation * Support testing and implementation of MES solutions * Help to identify and implement MES solutions and upgrades to existing solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, equipment maintainability and quality control * Interact with Fab engineers and manufacturing personnel for application requirements * Assure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated factory systems * Ensure documentation and testing of Factory Systems meet company needs * Participate in integration of Factory Systems with ERP * Assist testing of new software and assure smooth rollout * Support other members in applications related to Fab automation QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. REQUIRED: * Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum 10 years of professional experience. * C#, Microsoft .NET, MS SQL Server including creation and tuning of stored procedures * Develop .NET Winforms and Web services.
