Skill: ProdOps Engineer

• Must have skills: Gitlab, C# code troubleshooting, Release management, CI/CD practices, F5 Networking skill.

Responsibilities:

• Need to handle day to day production support activities to keep system up and running with zero downtime.

• Lead the server upgrade project where we need to upgrade out of support servers, enhancing system capabilities and performance.

• Work upon end-to-end setup for disaster recovery environment.

• Need to have sound knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Server) in terms of adding bindings, configurations, virtual directories etc.

• Required to manage application functionality within the servers, ensuring smooth operation and user experience.

• Handle bindings and configurations of applications, optimizing for efficiency and reliability.

• Respond to incidents promptly, troubleshooting to identify and address root causes.

• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them on time, collaborated with developers for code-related problems and route to development for any code fix (if needed).

• Control the on-call responsibilities, providing immediate support and maintaining service continuity.

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, overseeing application performance and system health.

• Participate in release and change management, contributing to the successful deployment of updates.
