Engineer

Role: SharePoint Support Engineer

• 8-10 years of SharePoint Development and Support experience

• A strong understanding of web applications and related architecture, specifically client side MVC and RESTful services.

• A Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Client Side, Server Side Development, SharePoint APP Development and SharePoint Framework

• Bring an engineering culture to every problem and in QA projects an Automation first mentality.

• Nintext Workflows, SP Teams, PowerApp, SPFX custom development, PowerAutomate Flow and Search, ShareGate

Responsibilities include :

• Support and guide customers in their daily use of SharePoint

• Work with customers, gather requirements and implement small scale business applications.

• Work to resolve any issues with existing applications

• Act as a liaison between the customers and the offshore - onshore technical team.

• Manage day to day activities of support team.

• Monitor existing applications and support infrastructure team as and when needed.

• Develop and maintain reports.

• Create support documentation and reports

• Manage and maintain site content and security

• Participate in team meetings.

• Partipate in DR activitities, and Patching

Technical:

• Minimum 7-10 years in developing and supporting SharePoint applications.

• Experience in working with customer facing role

• Excellent Knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2019 (on-Prem) and 0365 (SP Online)

• Experience with HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap etc) and Powershell

• Knowledge of ITIL and change management.

• Excellent Knowledge in client side development, Server side development, SharePoint App model, SharePoint Framework and troubleshooting

• Experience in working with SharePoint online,SPFX custom development, MS Teams, Power apps, Flow (Power Automate), and etc.

• Prior experience working with clients and resolving the issues within given SLAs

• Experience delivering continuous service improvements.

• Experience in Nintex workflows

• Experience in Database Development ( SQL Server or Oracle)

• Excellent communication skills and team player but also able to work with minimum supervision.

• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and an effective organizer.

• Decision maker and pays attention to details while meeting deadlines.
