AWS Data Engineer:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SDLC delivery, including waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies. Experience delivering in an agile environment,

• Experience of implementing and delivering data solutions and pipelines on AWS Cloud Platform - using Redshifht, Glue, Python, S3 and EventBridge.

• A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL process and Data wharehousing layers

• An in-depth understanding of large-scale data sets, including both structured and unstructured data

• Strong SQL and/or Python knowledge

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data / SQL issues

• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

• Understanding of big data concepts

• Knowledge and experience of delivering CI/CD and DevOps capabilities in a data environment

• Python, Redshift, AWS Glue, ETL, S3, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Lambda, Athena, DMS, Oracle to Postgres Conversion Experience (big plus) ETL Pipeline Built Out, AWS Databases Services.

• Pharma experience is a plus
