Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• PLC, Pharma Packaging, Serialization, SAP ATTP, Systech, SQL, Change control and Validation.

• At least 2 years of experience in Pharma Serialization and Packaging.

• Understanding of Incident and Change management tools.

• Understanding of GMP process, GMP systems used in Pharma.

Experience Required

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Experience in formal Change Management and Incident Management Processes for a life sciences customer

• Familiarity with Pharma Packaging solutions like Systec h, and SAP ATTP

• Strong documentation skills - should have experience of writing requirement specifications, design documents, installation protocols, test summary reports etc.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and maintenance plans

• Experience of working in a support role/organization

• Basic understanding of SQL server databases, MS office products etc.
