Engineer

Role: AppDynamics Engineer

• Expertise in AppDynamics administration/configuration/implementation

• At least 7+ years of industry experience on Application Performance Monitoring setup and Support

• Have hands on knowledge of alerting, incidents creation and dashboard creations.

• Good understanding of application architecture, Business transactions, RCA, observability and resolutions

• Knowledge on Elastic.io Tibco BWCE, Mashery APIGW, OpenTelemetry integration, Grafana (and Loki), Prometheus and CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation)

• Knowledge on web application framework, micro services, containerization and database

• Good hands-on knowledge on Linux, windows and network

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and convey technical information effectively. Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret monitoring data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve network performance and efficiency.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in APM tool

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and onboard application & infrastructure (server, storage, Database, VMWare, mainframe systems) into observability tool

• Associate would be responsible for enhancing the architecture, performance tuning and Operational support in prod and non-prod environments.

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain application monitoring and optimization solutions to ensure optimal performance of enterprise infrastructure & applications.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of monitoring solutions, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
