Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience of working in GxP environment and practices

• Good Knowledge of configuration, workflow, development, and maintenance of IDBS BioBook, Workbook of over 4 years

• Hands on experience in resolving integration, hierarchy administration, workflow issues;

• Experienced in handling L2 and L3 support activities for Biobook / WorkBook.

• Should be vendor certified in either of IDBS Biobook or IDBS Workbook

• Experience in handling Biobook/ ELN template modifications and maintenance.

• Should have worked for global Pharmaceut ical projects.

• Should be well conversed with Bio / Pharma functionalities, Drug Discovery in early Research and Development

• Good web technology skill including client-server, database and programming knowledge

• Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication and articulation skills.
