Technical/Functional Skills

1.Microsoft 365 certification, with demonstratable experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a fast-paced environment

2.Significant experience of M365 Administration, including the Microsoft Admin Center

3.Experience maintaining a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 core technologies

4.Experience of producing high-quality documentation and user guides for the wider business.

5.Experience in undertaking business impact assessments for major M365 updates, as well as analysing complex technical issues and proposing appropriate solutions.

6.Experience of working with third party providers e.g. Microsoft technical support, Consultancies etc.

7.Working knowledge of the following technologies

• Office 365

• Microsoft Teams

• SharePoint Online

• Azure AD

8.Help set up and run our Smartsheet toolkit and administration.

9.Using standard Smartsheet toolset to suggest, define, create and rollout new workflows.

10. Create process documentation and SoPs.

11. Understanding of how to create SmartSheet meta data sheets that support workflows and dashboards

12. Create integrated org level reports and (visually brilliant) dashboards with data from multiple sources

13. Create and implement complex automations based on designed workflows to ensure information gets where it needs to

14. Manage approval automations.

15. License and account management

16. Create & maintain Smartsheet onboarding process.

17. Setup of new users

18. Disabling leaver accounts.

19. Permissions management.

20. Self-learning with Miro and SmartSheet academy

21. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Miro and Smartsheet technologies

22. Promote knowledge sharing on Smartsheet features.

23. Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements

24. Run and organize UAT for new workflows

25. Understanding of connectors into Miro and SmartSheet

26. Create workflows and manage implementation of these connectors.
