  • Interface with customers, suppliers and internal manufacturing divisions on quality related tasks.

  • Execute quality activity on customer portals to comply with customer requirements for PPAP and CAPA (Non-conforming activity).

  • Lead an internal audit team in ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 environment.

  • Support the Barnes Enterprise System (BES) in the way of Continuous Improvement

  • Follow guidelines as it relates to GEMBA, 6S, Real Time Problem Resolution (RTPR) & 8 Wastes

  • Assist in existing and new product development from an engineering/quality perspective.

  • Assist in supporting product & process quality aspects of the division.

  • Oversee and perform receiving and outgoing inspection to support daily demand.

  • Understand and ensure customer specific requirements, as related to the quality function, are met.

  • Promote Barnes Group values across the organization and conducts oneself in perfect alignment with same values.

  • Performs all other assignments as directed by management

For more information about Paramount, please visit our website Position Summary Coordinates the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of Quality Improvement activities to assure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for Paramount Insurance Company, Paramount Care, Inc., Paramount Advantage and the Marketplace HMO. Accountabilities * Provide interdepartmental and intradepartmental support for clinical and administrative quality improvement and related activities to assure compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards, Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), ODH, ODM and CMS requirements. * Identify and implement methodologies appropriate for evaluation of Quality Improvement activities. Conduct barrier, empirical and statistical analysis to identify meaningful improvement, assist in identification of obstacles to improvement. * Assist with Producing annual QI Program documents that meet regulatory and accreditation requirements for content and timeliness. * Provides statistical analysis of HEDIS results and results of QI initiatives to assist in evaluation of QI program activities. * Assists Accreditation Program Coordinator with NCQA survey readiness activities as well as the survey ISS submissions. * Assist with Paramount initiatives related to health care disparities, demographic diversity, health literacy and cultural competency, to assure compliance with external stakeholder requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field * Ability to plan, coordinate and organize multiple priorities and demonstrable experience coordinating complex projects. * Demonstrated PC proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, database and statistical applications. * Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills. * Ability to move between corporate business units, company workstations and departments. * Minimum 2-3 years recent experience in a health care environment with demonstrated knowledge of the continuous quality improvement process.
