Job/Scope/Knowledge & Technical Skills/Direct Work Involvement:
Analyze and design sequences of operations and work flow to improve efficiency in production.
Evaluate, or improve, existing manufacturing processes with a focus on production capabilities and affordability.
Specify, identify and procure new manufacturing equipment for production readiness and preparing equipment for production.
Assist in training employees
Audit manufacturing and testing procedures; troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures and optimize parameters.
Investigate and correct production issues.
Bachelors of Science degree in one of the following fields: Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
One year of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills (both oral and written).
C , Java, or Python.
Testing knowledge (Hardware and Software).
