Ideal candidate will help maintain refrigeration, heating equipment, kitchen equipment and water heaters and to assist in other areas of engineering as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
Will be required to troubleshoot any electrical problems
Will need to solder copper tubing, clean coils and change filters on the PM maintenance program.
Must be able to align belts and pulleys and maintain a centrifugal chiller.
Will be required to do general upkeep and maintenance of all hotel property areas.
Will need to order parts for all equipment as needed.
Will help with installing new plumbing and repairing plumbing problems
Executives all job duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the Safety procedures within the department.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Knowledge of gas valves and burners.
Must have a/c certification with a minimum of 2 yrs experience and 1 yr of electrical experience in a hotel setting.
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
