Job Summary:


To maintain all related machinery in the boiler plant and hospital complex and to provide general maintenance to patient rooms and other areas. Minimum Requirements: 3 years operating engineer experience High School Diploma or equivalent.

Formal education normally associated with satisfactory job performance in a technical or vocational school. Self-study of power plants Operate building automation system; climb ladders; handle heavy lifting; work in crawl spaces, tunnels and tight areas that may be dirty and noisy; and, respond quickly during emergnecy situations. Second Class Air Conditioning, Second Class Boiler Preferred/ Desired:

Hospital maintenance background. Knowledge gained from experience in handling high pressure and temperature, steam, large centrifugal chillers and emergency generators. Second Class Internal Combustion Certificate
