Engineer for estimation and technical preparation - Railway department (m / f)
Aufgaben
Monitoring electronic tender advertisers, Investor websites and making a wider selection of tenders to be calculated
Monitoring legal regulations, standards and professional literature and keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements
Verification of completeness of documentation and fulfillment of conditions for public procurement
Collecting, processing and preparing qualification documentation for participation in the tender
Monitoring changes and updating tender documentation
Making a comparative review and analysis of offers from suppliers and subcontrators
Preparing and estimating budget costs (price analysis) according to tender requirements, design and specifications
Preparing technology and time schedule for tender processes
Conducting written communication with the Investor in the stage of preparation and evaluation of the offer
Follow-up of the tender procedure until the decision on the Contract award
Performing all related work and tasks with the required quality and accuracy
Qualifikationen
Degree in Civil engineering
At least 3 years work experience in the same/similar position or on construction site
Open to team work and occasional work engagement abroad during the tender preparation process
Very good computer skills and good command of computer applications in the construction business like MS-Office, AUTOCAD
Ability to work with international calculation programs ;
Fluent in English;
Self-initiative and independence in work
