Job Description: This Product Engineer will be responsible to work in coordination with internal and external customers to review product criteria and close any identified gaps in the process, reporting under the plant Engineering department and will have the full support of the organization.


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

  • Engineer, ISO/AS9100, NADCAP certification beneficial.

  • Local candidate who preference is to live and reside in Del Rio Texas.

  • Bilingual English-Spanish.

  • Requires travel and overtime availability.

  • Able to spend 80% approx of work presence in Acuna Mexico facility and 20% in Del Rio Texas location.

  • Good PC skills, High proficiency in Microsoft package for better work presentations

  • Good written & verbal communications skills.

  • Self-starter; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrates a good attitude and initiative to develop the position activities.

  • No previous experience required.

You will focus on performance and profitability within the framework of the operating plan. In this role, you will develop strategy for improved maintenance, diagnostic and operation to provide additional customer value and reduce cost of service.
