The Automation Tester role will be part of Identity and Access Management Tribe (IAM) whose purpose is to ensure the right access for the right people to the right systems at the right time.

Joining our team as an Automation test engineer, you will be working closely with the Product Owner and Business Analysts and will be responsible for Identifying Test cases for Automation, writing scripts, executing test cases and debugging to increase the quality of & efficiency of ERBAC service provided by squad. You'll employ your testing and engineering skills to help reshape how we deliver high-quality customer experiences faster and more efficiently to our customers, and will bring a creative, customer focused mindset to the role.

About You

• 2-4 years of experience in Testing and developing QA automation scripts using Selenium. Exposure to framework design and implementation will be a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in coding & maintaining the Automation tools such as Selenium using Java and good understanding of Algorithms and Java collection framework.

• Expert in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python)

• Strong experience in using tools like MAVEN, TestNG, Cucumber, JIRA etc.

• Hands on experience in writing SQL queries.

• Have a proven track-record in Agile Delivery.

• Should also be able to carry out manual testing as needed by the project.

• Understanding of trends and developments in quality engineering processes and products, and ability to learn & apply them as needed.

• Ensure team collaboration using JIRA, Confluence and other tools.

• Good with documentation like Test Plan, Test Strategy and other matrices.

• Good to have experience in Identity and Access Management preferably in Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

• Good to have experience in API testing using Postman and automation experience in RestAssured.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills.

Skills

• Exposure to DevOps and Continuous Integration tools like Bitbucket/Github & Bamboo/Jenkins/GitHub Actions etc.

• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure deployments/ design (Azure/ AWS/ Google)

• Experience in designing and implementing different levels of test pyramid

• Operate well under pressure and ability to deal with ambiguity
