Join our dynamic team and be a part the solution!N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking an Engagement Specialist to focus on engagement initiatives tied directly to the Chief Engagement Officers immediate Office and leadership team at The National Institute of Health in the Office of Directors. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test. Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain coordination and communication between research operations, program management, project stakeholders, team members and subcontractors.
Build and support effective communication strategies for the Division and public presentations of the program and its constituent activities.
Provide subject matter expertise on special cross-cutting and ad hoc projects, attend special regional, annual and ad hoc meetings and participate on working groups.
Recommend and support routine project management meetings, updates and prepare a variety of status reports and dashboards.
Conduct project-related activities, including developing needed materials, power-point presentations, arranging discussions, and facilitating interactions.
Measure project performance using designated systems, tools and techniques and report findings to upper management.
Prepare progress reports, summaries, descriptions, and other materials to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist project owners manage financial aspects of project to include monitoring budget, projecting future spending and completing appropriate financial requests and accounting documentation.
Conduct project management audits to evaluate processes and procedures and develop corrective action or improvement plans in accordance with approved standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in General Business or related field,
Experience in Research Administration and Outreach Activities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or under minimal guidance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
