KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Set Up Administrator to join our Finance and Accounting organization.
Provide support to assigned engagement teams with client and engagement set-up accurately and timely with a primary focus on annual recurring compliance and consulting for the Business Tax Services practice
Review draft engagement contracts to identify engaging parties, scope of services, fees and consistency with engagement letter templates and help ensure all required and current language is included
Set up new clients and engagements accurately within all risk systems in accordance with risk policies and procedures
Identify and communicate when issues with engagements teams or within the risk systems arise and consult with others
Maintain a spreadsheet used for tracking life cycle of client/engagement setup in real time and able to provide a status to an engagement team at any time during setup and/or consult with peers/PML if backlog is expected.
Coordinate background checks and liaise with engagements teams, Risk Management Partners, and Firmwide Security to on-board new clients and ensure data quality
Minimum two years of recent administrative and data management experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Required to be available to work Central Standard Time hours (8:30am to 5:30pm Central Standard Time); with availability to provide support during additional hours on an as needed basis
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player when performing group work and liaise with all levels of personnel within the firm
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook and strong internet research skills
Ability to work overtime, as needed
U.S. Citizenship is required
Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $42800 - High: $79600
