We are looking for professional / dynamic individuals to join our Engagement Management team. The right candidate is a resourceful, driven, team player with a strong business acumen to help Dialexas clients reach new levels of success. This role requires engaging with customers at every stage of the client life-cycle, from deal development / closing through project planning and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment and has experience building and developing relationships that drive impactful results for our clients and our company. This position reports to our
Principal Engagement Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall success of the client engagement. A successful Engagement Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with the client as well as the delivery team. In this role, you should become a trusted advisor to the client, having a firm understanding of their business goals and objectives. You should be able to communicate clearly and make recommendations that helps the client be successful. The Engagement Manager needs to be extremely confident in having difficult conversations with the client as needed with the end goal of a successful outcome.

The Engagement Manager is an integral part of Dialexas delivery team, and should be comfortable working directly with the delivery team to help them be successful. It is critical that you have a strong background in a production environment to be able to lead and support the delivery team.

This senior leader will be an expert in the world of technology delivery, having led successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation and technology engagements. You should be able to develop overall client engagement strategy, structure and approach.
The Engagement Manager:

  • Constantly works to develop long-term, lasting relationships with key client executives; creates a real partnership between Dialexa and the client company.
  • Owns the overall success of the engagement. Works closely with the delivery team to ensure the goals are on track and the client is happy.
  • Works closely with sales, engineering, research & development and corporate functions to drive continuous improvement in how we serve our customers.

Expectations/Qualifications (the more the better - we want great talent!)

  • 8+ years of previous engagement management experience, 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Passionate about client satisfaction and technology.
  • Proven, demonstrable track record of building and developing successful teams.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding expectations in project success, client satisfaction, and team development.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, networking and team-building skills.
  • Organized and methodical; Strong time management, prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and Business Decision-Makers.
  • Skilled technologist with excellent experience in client services negotiations, problem solving, conflict management and decision making.
  • Experience in technology services, custom hardware and software solutions preferred.
  • Experience leading agile teams developing large scale, complex platforms and applications.
  • Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
