As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing data integration/data migration projects and client engagements. You will produce compelling proposals, ask thought-provoking questions to deliver quality, profitable work for clients. While responsible for the delivery of projects, you will lead a team that will work together in producing the work. You will need to motivate your team and provide them with the resources they need to accomplish their assignments.

What You Will Get To Do

Identify business needs and desired outcomes through thoughtful and strategic client interviews.
Define the client's audience and build a growth strategy that will increase engagement.
Develop compelling proposals and statements of work to address client needs and expand pipeline.
Evaluate, analyze and eliminate risks and exposures.
Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research, customer segmentation and surveying.
Manage client expectations and provide regular feedback.
Meet or exceed established project timelines and deliverables.
Provide quality results that will maintain and increase client portfolio.
Effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Manage the daily operations of a small to mid-size team.
Motivate team members to exponentially improve the client's audience engagement.
Meet with team members located in US, India & Canada on a regular basis to ensure quality work is being produced and deadlines are being met.

What You Bring

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Candidates must currently reside in the Knoxville, TN area or willing to relocate to that area.
5+ years of experience in strategic/management consulting is required.
10+ years of experience delivering Data & Analytic solutions (cloud migration, data warehouse, data lake using big data and cloud technologies) is required.
Experience with cloud-based analytics implementations, preferably AWS or Azure.
3+ years of domain industry experience in Insurance (P&C), Banking, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing/Supply Chain or Public Sector is preferred.
Experience working with C-Level executives and Executive Leadership teams.
Demonstrated experience meeting target of $2-4M annually in managed revenue sales is required.
Demonstrated experience in building strong delivery teams.
Strong communication skills and be a self-starter.
The ability to motivate others to drive results.
Comprehensive knowledge of data collections and analysis.
Considerable knowledge of project management.
Experience with expanding the business within the account.

Responsibilities: * Ensure Member Firm EMCs understand and follow the KDN engagement management processes.
