Engagement Lead for RMO (Release Management Office)
Help to manage budget along with Delivery Team for program under direct control.
Work as an Engagement Lead for all new Operation Transition Projects and manage delivery, serve as a point of escalation to resolve any delivery issues, personnel skill issues, training/coaching needs etc.
Work as a Functional and process Lead for all Operation Transition Projects in the RMO.
Serves as liaison with client stakeholders for all Operation Transition Service line.
Works with Customer to establish and track performance criteria for programs under direct control for new RMO scope.
Work with the client's RMO Management & Delivery Teams to establish and execute Demand management activities, including forecast, prioritize, estimate and schedule the upcoming demand
Accountable for Managed Services "Transition" phase for any new service scope items
Create/Review under the client's advisement & Delivery Leadership Task Orders, Change Orders and Purchase Orders, Resource Order/Reset Memos.
Draft, review and address any Contract Change Request documentation needed for the RMO tower
Oversee Delivery of all KPI Reports, Deliverables and Obligations under the Managed Services agreement
Ensure execution of financial provisions, including invoicing, forecasting as well as providing financial reports as and when required by the Customer
Participate in non-commercial negotiations on MSA and SOW terms, provide inputs on delivery, timelines, scope (e.g. acceptance criteria) and milestones and interact with customers to obtain customer management approval.
Leverage opportunities to explore possibilities to create new service offerings and solution approaches to commonly occurring problems in the customer landscape.
Partner with Customer management and provide thought leadership for Service Transformation initiatives such as Branding, Service promotion activities and Marketing Campaigns etc.
Partner with Customer service leads and drive new opportunity / project discussions with Project/Program/Account managers from Customer IT organization.
Create and develop Marketing strategies to promote RMO Services across the client's IT Landscape.
Apply Innovation to develop mind share about the service across the client's IT Landscape globally.
Partner with Delivery Teams to participate in Demand Meetings and SEL Meetings for new RMO engagements.
Partner with the client's Solution Integrators for the service expansion.
Act as Supplier interface for newly engaged programs under direct control.
Provide Risk management for all Operation Transition Projects/High Risk Portfolio.
Participates & supports Customer's business case development/tracking.
