Engagement & Event Manager

Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We're looking for talented team members, who demonstrate a track record of delivering a white glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty.

As the Engagement and Event Coordinator, you will partner with the Private Bank teams in completing the tasks and activities related to client and marketing event projects for business development, client engagement, and community support. This includes conferences, meetings/events, sponsorships and other projects. Responsibilities include day to day tasks and coordination to deliver in person and virtual events and marketing activities. Provide support for event planning tasks to ensure consistent execution and planning of Citizens events.

Primary responsibilities include

• Complete tasks for Citizens sponsored events and receptions with responsibilities that include: functioning as the onsite lead at events, managing meetings and events, participation in planning team meetings.

• Ensure attention to flawless execution.

• Manage project plans for each event as assigned including vendor management, contracts, and budgets.

• Liaise with local business line teams to support smaller events ensuring consistency of messaging.

• Manage day to day communications with participants and stakeholders.

• Managing the guest list and tracking RSVP's

• Partner with corporate marketing for client engagement activities and items and communication/creative needs.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• 3+ years of previous event management experience with high net worth clients and/or high profile prospects and clients and demonstrated ability to deliver white glove service

• Professional client service and communication skills with high level of attention to detail

• Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma required

• Hours per Week:40 hours

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
