What you can except day to day:

The Engagement Business Analyst acts as the lead or co-lead analyst on client projects in the development and deployment of payer and physician pull-through tools for our biopharmaceutical clients. You will support products including interactive platforms and tools to optimize our clients' sales and marketing strategies.

Engagement Business Analyst

  • Collaborate with Account lead to understand "why" and "how" projects are initiated to facilitate learning and career growth

  • Lead and participate in client meetings including project requirements, implementation, promotional material legal reviews, budgets and client national sales meetings

  • Execute the development of application design templates with attention to detail

  • Work with Engagement Manager on project plans, Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submissions, presentations, training material and testing processes

  • Build test cases for client deliverables including applications, reports and data files

  • Coordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence and Application Teams and/or key content experts as necessary

  • Coordinate project teams including leading the work and milestone delivery

  • Communicate effectively through multiple media

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Other required:

  • Engagement Business Analyst: 2-5 years' experience, professional services industries

  • Travel up to 5-25%

Preferred:

  • Degree concentration in Health Care, Business or Software Development

  • Hands-on experience with clients' online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva)

  • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience

  • Working understanding of relational database technology

  • Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project and Visio

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$62,500-$87,500 USD
