PART-TIME; TEMPORARY

UNMC's Engage Wellness Medical Fitness Center provides whole-person wellness opportunities for adults to promote optimal aging. This Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in increasing the program's visibility, engagement, and impact.

This is a non-medical position supporting a medically based, adult fitness and wellness center. Key responsibilities for this position include:

1.Marketing Strategy Development: working with the Engage Wellness team to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organization's goals and objectives.

2.Community Engagement: Enhance outreach efforts by developing relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and target audiences via in-person and online presentations, tours, health fairs, etc.

3.Event Promotion: Coordinate promotion and outreach for events, workshops, and fundraisers to maximize participation and engagement. Attend these events as required by the program manager.

4.Brand management: Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms and communications materials.

5.Analytics and Reporting: Work with the Engage Wellness program manager to monitor key metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness of current and future strategies.

Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or Public Relations

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain certification within one month of employment
