Energy - Senior Client Management Analyst

Insight Sourcing is seeking a motivated individual to join our Energy Practice as a Senior Client Management Analyst. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing key client accounts and providing data analysis that will drive strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

As a Senior Client Management Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and develop ongoing relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and perform in-depth analysis on market trends, pricing, and other relevant factors in the energy industry.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on your analysis, helping them optimize their energy procurement and usage strategies.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, effectively communicating complex concepts and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact clients, and proactively incorporate this knowledge into your analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS):

If you possess the following qualifications and have a passion for the energy industry, we would love to hear from you:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental/energy studies, business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client management or consulting roles, preferably within the energy industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret large volumes of data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently, to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all analyses and recommendations are based on reliable and valid data.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
