Sales driven, team structured company launching in California, first office in Sacramento. Seeking motivated, success driven closers who want and deserve the BEST!!

We are seeking an Energy Sales (Agents, Team Leaders, Manager) New Office(s) to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

WE ARE rapid growing, nationwide business that's looking for individuals with a positive attitude and exceptional person to person sales skills.
We provide:
Full Training with no prior industry experience required
Commissions Paid weekly
Full time permanent positions available. Our avg salesperson gains 4-7 accounts per day, which is a result of approx. $1,500/week +. Be half as good and avg $750 or more per week.

Job responsibilities:



Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Comply with company policies and procedures!
  • Focus on daily personal and sales growth!!
  • Come prepared daily, on time with the right attitude ready to dominate your day and earn BIG!!!
  • Maintain positive attitude, work well within the team, take initiative, and strive to promote up!!!!

Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is great but training is provided
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business environment
  • Self-motivation and solution oriented
  • Can educate customer on our services and convert sales.

Energy Advisors take a consultative approach to educate customers on the growing solar/clean energy industry. You will spend part of your time in our sales locations engaging with prospective customers, and part of your time visiting & consulting with prospective customers at their homes. You are also responsible for generating referrals and leads through events. You are the primary, external representatives of Tesla Energy sales.
