About the Position

Altus Power is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Energy Optimization Analyst. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team working with internal and external partners to achieve the performance goals of our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have an interest in implementing and improving process, data management and analysis, resource planning, and a desire to drive efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate general project administration for operational assets, including, but not limited to, document management and reporting analysis

• Coordination with the construction and diligence remediation teams for the transition of operational assets to the Energy Optimization Team

• Work with our Implementation Specialist to maintain our asset records and dashboards

• Support/lead management efforts for energy optimization efforts within our portfolio

• Support the scaling of our inventory process for our portfolio

• Identify KPIs and curate implementation plans for sustainability program buildout

• Develop and project manage B2B business strategies for the solar industry circular economy and end-of-life solutions

• Support ongoing asset management and reporting requirements

• Participate and contribute to internal initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Previous experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Highly self-motivated and organized professional with strong integrity

• Strong communicator and team player
