Energy Manager

Overview

• The Contractor shall provide an Energy Manager (EM) certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional (AP), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with a minimum of five years' experience performing energy and resource management functions.

This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a strategic energy management plan.

• Trend analysis for greenhouse gases, fuel consumption, water consumption, sewer throughput, peak performance, and energy consumption.

• Developing an energy conservation report.

Qualifications

• The candidate shall, as a minimum, possess a Bachelor's degree with an Engineering technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).

• The Energy Manager will be expected to serve as the primary contractor point of contact for energy management.

• This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
