Job Description Job Description Energy Service Tech (EST) is looking for a career minded individual to join our team of installers. Our company is prided on the help we bring to those who are looking to improve their home or business through energy improvements.

Those who have a strong sense of accomplishment and satisfaction for quality work are valued. The EST team works well together and so should you, so we want TEAM players. Installers will be responsible for both residential and commercial projects.

We air seal buildings using products such as caulk, foam and door/window weather-stripping. Insulation materials such as cellulose and sprayfoam are also used. Some simple installation items include thermostats, lightbulbs, CO/Smoke alarms and hot water pipe insulation.

Training is always a part of the hiring process, so experience is preferred but not required. Energy efficiency is one of the largest growing markets and our company is experiencing that growth.
