Energy Account Administrator-Webs

AGRILAND FS is looking for motivated, self-starter Energy Account Administrator-wEBS. This individual will ensure that energy invoicing to all accounts is timely and accurate by reviewing Esys tickets and identifying any issues that prevent timely imports into Agvance.

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinates billing activities with energy customer service team

• Ensures timely and accurate billing of all products in related areas

• Assists with reconciliation of daily and monthly truck gallons

• Adjusts end of month truck inventory

• Posts inventory adjustments as needed

• Works with credit and accounts receivable team

What we need from you:

• Usually requires a minimum of a two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience

• Excellent communication and time management skills along with high level cognitive flexibility

• Data entry experience with excellent attention to detail

• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

• Basic accounting and business skills

• Computer skills including demonstrated use in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Demonstrates the ability to learn proprietary software

• Excellent customer service skills along with the ability to problem solve
