BON SECOURS RICHMOND HEALTH SYSTEM
Under direct supervision, provides accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer and networking problems of a moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity. Performs restoration and maintenance, either remotely or at the end user's location, to resolve problems, using basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problem equipment or software installations, moves, and configuration changes. Maintains accurate information and data regarding end-user issues within the incident tracking system and according to policies and standards.
1.Professional knowledge of Information Technology at a level generally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Demonstrated technical expertise and experience may satisfy requirement.
2.Requires three (3) years of endpoint experience with a diverse technical background of endpoint operating systems and software. For example: Windows 7, Windows 10, Apple iOS, Android, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, and other software, as appropriate.
3.Possesses CompTia A+ certification.
4.Working knowledge of endpoint devices, terminology, and technology to include computers and smart devices, Internet and intranet protocols, and Microsoft operating systems.
5.Proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of endpoint hardware and software.
6.Demonstrates ability and willingness to travel within Bon Secours Health System, Inc. (BSHSI). This includes operating personal vehicles for BSHSI related work and vehicles owned or leased by BSHSI.
7.Possess a valid driver's license for at least the last three (3) years and be able to provide an annual Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that meets BSHSI requirements.
8.Possesses effective oral and written communication skills, demonstrated at all levels.
9.Demonstrates effective customer service and time management skills.
10. Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment to accomplish a common goal.
