This position will receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help tickets as well as troubleshoot Microsoft Desktop Operating System and application issues. * You will adhere to the company computer security policy, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes. * You will review, analyze, configure, test, and debug documents and install software programs and scripts.What Do You Need?* 1+ years' experience providing technical support.* A+ Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months,Required. * Experience supporting PCs running Windows Operating Systems including repairs, diagnosing various hardware, peripherals, and software problems, and PC and Mac computers. * Advanced understanding of applicable hardware and software systems * Experience working with wired and wireless network-attached devices. * Strong verbal and written communication skills and Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. * Advanced experience with desktop operating systems including Windows Operating Systems * Extensive application support experience * Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities * Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experienceWho Are We?At Ashley, we're more than a business…we're family.
