The Endocrinology Practice at Alice Hyde Medical Center, part of the University of Vermont Health Network, seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in Malone, NY. Alice Hyde is one of six hospitals that cater to the northern regions of New York and Vermont, offering a wide range of services such as a 75-bed acute care facility, four family health centers, a walk-in clinic, a cancer center, an orthopedic and physical rehabilitation center, a cardiac rehabilitation unit, and a dental center.

The hospital also provides a 24-hour, MD-staffed Emergency Department, laboratory, surgical services, and outpatient services. The facility includes a 135-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and a 30-bed Assisted Living Program. Alice Hyde works closely with a certified Level III trauma center located one hour away at UVM Health Network - CVPH in Plattsburgh, NY, as well as with UVM Medical Center, a Level I trauma center located two hours away. By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on communities throughout Franklin County and the Northern New York region.

Salary Range $120,000 to $160,000.
