St. John Medical Center is 45 miles north of Portland and 120 miles south of Seattle. • Growing practice with four Internists and tremendous room for growth

• 4-5 day work week with 1:1 MA support and no call

• See up to ~16+ patients a day

• Available Dietician and CDE resources

• EPIC EMR with large referral base from primary care and specialists

• Onsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services,

• In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
