The Enterprise Customer Excellence Group (ECEG) brings together customer-focused functions from across the enterprise to provide a holistic approach to critical points of interaction with Wells Fargo customers. The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, and Net Promoter System, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and providing solutions that ensure customers' needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators' expectations are met and that team members have the tools and training necessary for success.
The Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) is actively searching for a qualified candidate to join an exciting new team. This position, ECMO End User Tester, will be a part of the End User Testing Team on the ECMO Change Delivery team.
This position will be responsible for continuous process improvements on the test strategy for systems our team supports. The team supports testing and production support for systems such as Compass, Enterprise Complaints Management Platform, Advanced Listening, Telephony, and additional platforms in the future.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide quality oversight and strategy for testing
Development and maturity of procedures and artifacts for script writing, inspection, and reporting of code and product quality
Define standards and thresholds for soft launches or official pilots
Define testing standards including script writing, routines, inspections, and reporting
Consult and assist on issue management policy and defect resolution (including logging, tracking, and prioritization)
Collaborate with complaints oversight for any quality assurance activities related to change delivery needed from WFAS or external regulators
Collaborate with technology and product management to mature test driven development and DevOps or other tools to support testing and production support
Collaborate with other ECMO Portfolio and Product Development as well as Delivery Management leaders for resourcing Scrum and Kanban teams

Expert knowledge and understanding of various types and levels of testing (e.g., unit, integration, and system testing)
