Interapt, a world-class technology services company, is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented End User Support Technician to join our team to support a premier enterprise partner. This opportunity is full time onsite in these specific locations (Miramar FL, Tampa FL, and Phoenix, AZ).
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support, with the ability to research and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams. This person will respond to escalated telephone, email and on line requests for technical support. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and are expected to document, track, and monitor the problem using applicable systems and tools.

*This is a full time onsite opportunity and we will only consider talent in these specific locations (Miramar FL, Tampa FL, and Phoenix, AZ). We expect this team to start in early July, and as a result this will be an expedited recruitment process.
