Job Description:

As an Enablement Services Analyst you would be an individual contributor responsible for providing onboarding assistance to application teams, business partners and risk leaders. You will serve as a subject matter expert of foundational information security controls and provide detailed guidance regarding processes, procedures and controls. This includes understanding technologies and controls, consulting with application managers to understand their needs and updating data within our systems. This role has strong elements of critical thinking, data entry, and client service. A risk-oriented perspective is required, along with the ability to support and adapt to processes and priorities.

You must be results-oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units at various levels. The knowledge/experience/exposure with information security topics or governance of information security practices and solutions, will be very helpful in this role. You should be prepared to demonstrate your knowledge of access management/risk identification and mitigation/project management skills.

  • Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, etc)

  • Quick learner and self starter

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to question processes for the purpose of improving them

A strategic priority is to ensure that we have best-in-class management metrics, analytics, and reporting programs in place to optimize operational performance, enabling continuous improvements in planning, efficiency, service, and control for various operations functions within CB. The Quality Assurance Reporting Analyst will lead a strategic agenda focused on optimizing performance and results for the WLS Risk & Control (R&C) Team through advanced analytics and BI reporting capabilities. This is a critical and highly visible role within the organization, with a high level of visibility to senior managers. Primary Responsibilities * Develop strategic data analysis in support of quality improvement initiatives * Ability to improve business processes using data analysis, preferably in a quality, risk & control environment * Responsible for the reporting and analytical needs of the R&C team, supporting both ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests * Maintain a dynamic and comprehensive resource capacity model that ensures compliance with established service level agreements and partner expectations * Recommend and implement resource and/or process changes to improve service performance * Partner closely with R&C managers, application owners and production process owners to develop effective workflow processes for new volume migrations * Support other cross-line of business and cross-function strategic data initiatives within WLS related to the R&C processes Qualifications * 2-4 years of total experience within MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles with a focus on Financial Services * Advanced-level ability with the entire MS Office suite, VBA a plus * Experience developing business analysis models for large scale, global operations teams * Ability to deliver timely, high quality reporting, and analysis from diverse data sources * Strong prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities * Excellent productivity, communication and flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment; ability to engage and influence both technology and business partners * Attention to detail, with experience creating executive quality presentations * Exposure to data architecture and data modeling concepts * Competent in the use of data technology to solve business problems, with hands-on expertise in use of multiple Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms; examples include Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS), Business Objects, Crystal, SAS, Python, R, SQL/Oracle/Teradata/Hadoop, etc. * BA / BS; advanced study / quantitative focus a plus Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
