This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for Enterprise National Accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 6 years experience in Healthcare Account Management OR 10 years experience in Healthcare Account Management
Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts
Sales negotiation and conflict management skills
Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape
Analytical and presentation skills
