Position Description:(primary functions)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be effective in teaching and knowledgeable in subject matter as documented by appropriate professional credential(s)/certification(s), education, and experience in the designated content area

• Must be a current nationally registered paramedic and state certified paramedic without restrictions and a current BLS and ACLS provider, PHTLS and AMLS are preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

For all didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction to which a student is assigned, the EMT instructor must be qualified to provide instruction, supervision, and timely assessments of the student's progress in meeting program requirements.
