EMR Systems Analyst

EMR Systems Analyst (Physician Liaison) The EMR Systems Analyst is responsible for the identification, analysis and/or resolution of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) upload, distribution, access and/or performance issues, arising within the EMR proper as well as in upstream and downstream systems. The EMR Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity within the EMR by means of proactive surveillance and correction of EMPI identification issues as well as assisting with EMPI monthly reporting.#Individual also participates with the HIM Systems Administration team in optimization of the EMR across the continuum of enterprise system workflow.

Qualifications:#Associate#s degree in Health Information Management, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience in the health information management field.#Skilled position requiring two (2) years of health information management or related technical experience to acquire the requisite knowledge and skills to efficiently perform an assigned job. Candidates must have excellent PC knowledge and skills, including Windows, HIM applications, and hospital information system software.# Previous data analyst experience preferred.
