Responsibilities-Travels to and provides regular training for existing providers in one-on-one or larger settings.-Travels to and participates in events to recruit new providers to the program.-Responsible for escalated providers and resolving issues.-Complete case management and employment related services in person which includes assessment, barrier resolution, and participant contact, establishment of employment plans, co-case management, employment placement identification, support services and identification of community resources-Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers-Maintain accurate case records for the participant in computer information systems-Ensure compliance with all contractual, state, federal requirements-Work within and support the regulations established by MAXIMUS and all outside governmental agencies-Responsible for high visibility providers where a quick resolution is needed.-May be assigned specific providers for ongoing assistance.-Collaborate with other contractors and the client on communication and implementation of policy changes to the operations.-Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the project. -Performs other duties as may be assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience, or Associates degree with 2+ years experience.

  • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.

  • Understands implications or work and makes recommendations for solutions.

  • Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team lead.
